The Novolex Employee Code of Conduct provides our employees with our expectations for how they should conduct themselves — acting ethically, responsibly and with integrity at all times by respecting both the letter and spirit of applicable laws and regulations.
Our goal is to ensure that sound business practices are in place across all aspects of our operations. These will foster relationships of trust among employees and with our commercial partners, shareholders, government authorities and the communities where we live and work. The Code covers a variety of topics including but not limited to fraudulent activities, financial irregularities, bribery, compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the U.K. Bribery Act, privacy and security concerns, and workplace safety, human rights and employment practices.

To support compliance, the Code of Conduct provides an Ethics & Compliance Helpline that employees and suppliers can use to report potential violations. Reports through the Helpline can remain anonymous and confidential and made without fear of retaliation.
