Our goal is to ensure that sound business practices are in place across all aspects of our operations to build trust among our employees, our commercial partners, the communities where we live and work, and others we interact with.
The Novolex Employee Code of Conduct is the foundation of our compliance and ethics program and outlines seven principles for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics and integrity. The Novolex Human Rights Policy prohibits illegal, forced or involuntary labor, human trafficking, child labor or other unfair or discriminatory labor practices. We also expect our suppliers to share our commitment to behaving ethically and with integrity and require that they adhere to the Novolex Supplier Code of Conduct. Both the Novolex Employee Code of Conduct and Novolex Supplier Code of Conduct provide access to the Novolex Ethics & Compliance Hotline that employees and suppliers can use to report potential violations confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
